Whats Better The Sharingan or Rinnegan

Both are powerful but the Rinnegan seems to have GOD like abilities and I think its better but idk.What do you guys think?

Sharigan increases the power of the user and has the ability to immobilized your opponent and also
has a addition to it's power and its called Eternal Magenkyo Sharigan
meaning those eyes will be there forever. Susanoo and Amaterasu is deadly, susanoo bounces back attacks but hurts the user, Amaterasu also hurts the user but burn the person who the user looks at.
Overall Sharigan is better IMO

Rinnegan is better by far to lazy to explain
