It's obvious Orihime loves him, but does he love her? I thought for a long time he was gay since whenever hot girls came his way, he NEVER showed any excitement, but rather disgust.
(Think about it, what normal teenage boy would refuse Matsumoto's "valley of the gods" or Yoruichi? )
