Most of us have seen certain manga characters called trolls on the forums, whether it be joke or a dead serious statement. There's the "hottest characters", "most broken" , "most badass"-- so why not have a thread about the memorable troll characters.
Whether it's Aizen Sosuke or Tsukishima Shukuro from Bleach, Izaya Orihara from Durarara etc. (please do bring up the ones from less prominent manga.) These characters give us all a source of amusement at times among other things, even in serious situations. They can really screw over the main character and make their life hell, along with other characters.
