I have my wireless modem and i turn on world lan but when i go to my laptop no connection what can i do

I'm not an expert on the topic, but you could try the following:

Check if your wireless LAN connection is enabled on your laptop. Go to network connections and Right click > Enable the connection if it is disabled.
Check if you can detect the network in your list of wireless networks. You can do this by clicking the wireless network icon at your system tray (that little set of icons at the bottom right of your screen, if you're using Windows.)
Check if you have a physical switch on your laptop for wireless connections. My laptop has this little blinking light and a switch that I could flip to activate my wireless.
